The staff was very helpful and caring. The breakfast was great (especially the variety of options).

The rooms felt smaller than what I expected. My socks turned black quickly from walking on the floor, and it didn't seem thoroughly cleaned.

a fairly good stay

helpful staff daily water small bedroom intermittent water

the staff helped with our luggage upon arrival. it was nice to find water in the room. the water was replenished daily, which i appreciated.

the bedroom was quite small. the water pressure was intermittent. the douche tap in the toilet did not work. the cups in the bedroom were not cleaned well.

Superb hotel experience

helpful staff convenient location

I was impressed with the very nice staff. I particularly loved the free access to the Turkish bath and sauna. I also found the location very convenient. Everywhere was within walking distance.

The street outside was NOT clean and had garbage everywhere .

bathroom mildew loud street

The room smelled strongly of mildew. it was especially noticeable in the bathroom. The noise from the street was loud. i heard it late into the night and early in the morning.

mediocre stay, some dissapointments

breakfast variety strange smell

Honestly, i was expecting better. the breakfast buffet was seriously lacking variety. Same boring stuff every day. also, my room the 'budget double or twin room without windows' had a strange smell. it's like they were trying to cover something up but the air freshener made it worse.
